What’s Your Cancellation Policy?

Life happens. We get it! If you need to reschedule, just let us know at least 11 days before your scheduled party date. Heads up: all payments made are non-refundable, but we’ll do our best to work with you on a new date if needed!

Do We Need To Check In Before You Set Up At The Hotel or Airbnb?

Nope, we’ve got it covered! Once you send us the check-in details, we’ll coordinate everything on our end. Setup usually takes 1–3 hours, and you're free to drop off your bags or pop in after we’re done. Your presence isn’t required. We’ll take care of the party magic while you relax!
